Overview
Attorney Lori Hung has significant experience with complex legal matters, especially those with a cross border element, having the in-depth knowledge required to offer solutions to clients on a wide range of international matters.
Ms. Hung is licensed in both the State of Ohio and the State of New York, and has significant experience in assisting companies on a wide range of business and commercial matters, with particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions, advising both foreign and local companies on doing business in Taiwan and also advises Asia-based companies on outbound investments. Ms. Hung has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating contracts and handling matters involving legal documents written in Chinese and/or English.
Ms. Hung received her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2018, and previously obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University in 2015.
