Overview

Mr. Herman Lin is the managing partner of Dacheng' Taipei office. With more than thirty years’ experience practicing Law in Taiwan, he has worked on a wide variety of legal cases. His main areas of expertise include civil procedures, criminal proceedings, intellectual property rights and administrative litigation. Mr. Lin is also the director of the Cultural and Educational Foundation of Taiwan and has previously served as the director of a financial holding company.
