About
Overview
Having practiced law for more than ten years, Yachi Huang has gain extensive experiences and established profound legal expertise in the areas of civil law, company law, commercial law and Personal Data Protection Act in Taiwan（hereinafter, the "PDPA"）. Yachi’s legal experiences include issuing a due diligence report for a listed company in the semiconductor industry, as well as providing highly valued legal advice for a listed food company, a retail industry supplier company and a property development company in Taiwan. She currently works on various commercial litigation and mediation cases involving electronical, technological and retail industries etc.

Experience
- Akbank T.A .S. : Assisted Akbank, the third-largest publicly traded bank in Turkey, in handling legal cases involving a cross-border illegal transfer of funds through a hacker intrusion leading to fraudulent activities in Taiwan. Provided legal advice and represented Akbank in Taiwan to promptly initiate preservation procedures and relevant civil and criminal litigation. Successfully obtained a final civil judgment in favor of Akbank (claiming an amount exceeding 5 million USD).
- Yunam Tech Co., Ltd.: Assisted the company in handling cross-border cases involving fraud in sales transactions, claims for the return of purchase prices, and breach of contract penalty payments.
- Taipei City Government: handle several expropriation cases in Taipei City involving applications for the cancellation of ownership registration of expropriated land and the return of unjust enrichment.
- Carrefour Taiwan: Assisted in handling trademark dispute cases and provided related legal services. Also represented employees in related litigation cases.
