Overview

Wendy Hsieh is the senior partner in Dentons' Taipei office, she not only specializes in law, but also has master’s degree of finance. As an experienced and reputable business lawyer, she has more than 30 years of experience advising clients in the field of corporate, M&A, private placement funds and mutual funds, maintenance of equity and corporate management, investment, business cooperation and disputes, technology cooperation and licensing, intellectual property disputes, international contract, litigations and so on. Because of the insistency of her philosophy, the lawyer Hsieh is honored to have the constant trust and support from her highly esteemed clients.
