Overview

Mr. Tseng Haowei, currently Senior Partner and Deputy Managing Partner at Dentons Taiwan office, has extensive experience in providing legal advisory services to several well-known domestic companies. His areas of expertise include procurement, intellectual property rights, labor laws, franchise regulations, public relations, crisis management, and strategic negotiations.


Mr. Tseng specializes in corporate legal advisory services, representing companies in negotiations with regulatory authorities, assisting in the establishment of private protective foundations, and providing lecturing and educational training services. He has deep knowledge in intellectual property and labor laws related to daily corporate operations, including handling high-profile intellectual property rights protection cases for major enterprises and serving as a mediator in labor disputes. Mr. Zeng is dedicated to advancing mediation and negotiation skills and has assisted renowned domestic universities in establishing courses on mediation and negotiation.


Mr. Tseng Haowei is a qualified lawyer in Taiwan and has passed the Chinese lawyer examination.
