Overview

Mr. Li Haoyuan joined Dentons in 2010 and has extensive experience in providing legal services to a diverse range of clients, including Hong Kong-based cosmetics companies, Mainland Chinese enterprises, Hillrom.com, INDITEX CHINA, and ZTE Corporation. He has advised on investment and trade structure design and application procedures for Taiwanese investment, assisted with legal compliance and regulatory matters related to Taiwan investments, provided legal services related to Taiwan operations, handled legal matters related to Taiwan operations, and offered legal advice on Taiwan-related issues. Additionally, Mr. Li Haoyuan has demonstrated his proficiency in various areas of law, including administrative investigations, foreign investment, international dispute resolution, contract review and legal compliance, and civil and commercial litigation. He has represented a French perfume company in an administrative investigation regarding chemical product imports, assisted a US accelerator venture capital firm in establishing a branch office in Taiwan, handled an international auction company's cross-border dispute, provided contract review, legal compliance, and legal advice to a renowned Taiwanese musical instrument trading company, represented electronics companies, international enterprises, and Taiwanese freight forwarding companies in civil and commercial lawsuits, and successfully handled the litigation of Runda Group, the largest financial fraud case in Taiwan.   • Vantone International Development Co., Ltd.: Assisted Vantone Capital Pte., Ltd., a Singaporean company, in establishing a fully-owned subsidiary in Taiwan.Collaborated with Dentons' Beijing, Shanghai, and Singapore offices to provide legal services to major Chinese enterprises, including two major listed real estate companies in Beijing and Shanghai, for their multi-billion-dollar investment projects in Taiwan.Legal services included due diligence reports to mitigate investment risks and protect corporate interests.Assisted in the preparation of various company establishment and approval procedures, as well as ongoing legal consultations for project development.Believe International: Assisted and represented Believe International in setting up its Taiwan subsidiary and advising corporate legal matters.
