In the early stages of his career, Lawyer Hsu Yuan-Hao began as an intern at Root Law Firm, where he participated in litigation involving fuel costs between Taiwan Power Company, the Fair Trade Commission, and nine other private power plants, with a total amount at stake reaching NT$6.2 billion. He gained extensive knowledge in electricity market regulation, power plant operations, and related commercial contracts.
From 2016 to 2018, Lawyer Hsu Yuan-hao worked as an associate at a leading international law firm specializing in corporate, healthcare, financial, and intellectual property law. His caseload included patent and trademark litigation for prominent domestic listed companies, as well as various derivative financial products disputes.
Since 2019, Lawyer Hsu Yuan-hao has served as a junior partner at Dentons Taiwan, joining a robust international energy team and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies. He has been involved in various government projects, such as the Immigration Agency's International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (ICERD) Promotion Project, the Ministry of Economic Affairs' National Business and Human Rights Action Plan, and the Fair Trade Commission's research project on the economic impact of COVID-19 on Taiwan. Additionally, he acts as legal advisor to Taiwan Institute of Comprehensive Research and Taiwan Power Company, assisting in electricity market reforms and ensuring neutrality in electricity trading platforms.
