Overview

Attorney George Tai has been practicing law in Taiwan for over ten years, supporting the growth and development of startups across the Taiwan Strait. He serves as an honorary lawyer for the National Association of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, actively participating in and assisting with legal matters at various stages of startup ventures. Currently a senior attorney at the Taiwan office of the law firm of Dentons, Attorney Dai also serves as a private notary public at the Taipei District Court in Taiwan.

In recent years, Attorney Dai has handled numerous cross-strait cases involving marriage, property distribution, inheritance, and family wealth management, demonstrating extensive experience in litigation and negotiation to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

Utilizing his past experience in banking, Attorney Dai has collaborated with the Legal Aid Foundation to assist hundreds of debtors in negotiating with banks and asset management companies. Through these efforts, many debtors have successfully obtained approval for debt relief or liquidation from the courts, enabling them to regain financial stability and peace of mind.
