  • Representing Ally Logistic Property in a joint venture with Malaysia Employees Provident Fund with respect to real estate and logistics development, in the amount of approximately US$160 million (2022)
  • Representing founders of a Taiwan electronic components enterprise in the sale of its control to Advantage Partners, in the amount of approximately US$136 million (2022)
  • Representing Platinum Equity as its Taiwan counsel (together with other Dentons Offices) in acquisitions of the HTS business and assets of Imerys S.A., in the amount of approximately US$1 billion (2022)
  • Providing Cathay Financial Holdings, PChome, Cleanaway Group and other Taiwan listed companies with legal advice in the areas of corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
  • Providing legal advice in areas of private equity, risk investment, fund-raising, investment structure, mergers and acquisitions and other related areas to Cherubic Ventures, Quantum International Corporation and other private equity funds
  • Providing legal advice on cross-border investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other related areas to Arkema Group, and Everglory Group.
