Dacheng Taiwan was selected as the winning bidder for the "2020 Cross-border Legal Services Procurement Project" by the National Palace Museum.

The National Palace Museum has successfully built its brand, with popular products selling well internationally. However, the rapid development of the internet and e-commerce in recent years has led to issues such as breaches of contract and infringement. Legal practice is subject to jurisdictional restrictions, meaning that to practice law in a specific country or region, one must obtain the necessary qualifications for that particular area.

Dacheng Taiwan assists the National Palace Museum by providing legal consultations across borders, handling cross-border litigation, and conducting investigations into intellectual property infringement on foreign e-commerce websites. We also monitor and take action against counterfeit and pirated derivative products of the museum’s artifacts on foreign e-commerce platforms, issuing cease-and-desist letters to the websites to remove suspected infringing items.

In addition to Taiwanese lawyers, our team includes attorneys qualified in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Mainland China, enabling us to handle the cross-border disputes involved in this project and offer comprehensive legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.
